(collectively referred to as "company" in this document), to protect your rights and interests as much as possible and to confirm the contractual relationship, all users who apply for the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform service (collectively referred to as "the service") should read the following terms of service in detail.
2. The OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform mainly provides you with the following services:

2.1.6. Members enjoy after-sales service, which includes a summary or a complete scan report, and consulting with a third-party professional information security team.
2.1.7. Members enjoy ATM transfer payment, PChomePay, and third-party online cash flow service ( the credit card promotion please refer to each official information) and platform return and refund service regulations.
2.1.8.1. Members agree that one free scanning of the URL is a trial appreciation. If the scanning funtion of purchased plan has not use within the following period, the scanning function includes but not limited to on-demand scan, scheduled scan, etc. You can apply for a prorated refund.
2.1.8.2. During the 7-day appreciation period from the purchase date D to D+6 day, you can enjoy 100% return and refund service.
2.1.8.3. During the 14-day appreciation period from the purchase date D+7 to D+13, you can apply for a return and a 50% refund.
2.1.8.4. From the date of purchase on D+14, no return and refund application will be accepted unless it complies with the provisions of the civil law defect guarantee.
2.1.9. Once the order is completed, it is agreed that the platform can send the invoice after D+14 days from the purchase date to ensure that there is no return or refund. This is to prevent members from not returning the original unified invoice together when returning the product or unwilling to cooperate with filling out the sales return discount certificate, which will increase the extra cost of the platform to recover the issued unified invoice.
2.1.10. Please directly process the return policy if you purchased the wrong plan. The platform has not provided the services of the edition of changing purchase plan content or other plans, the payment also cannot be rolled over to the next purchase.
2.2. Provide various types of marketing information.
2.3. Customer-related rights and interests notices, including but not limited to product trials, drawing activities, service satisfaction surveys, or other future membership services.
2.4. The company may add, modify or terminate the above-mentioned related services according to the physical situation.
3. It will be regarded as you are totally agree that all services items of services terms when you complete the sign up process of OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform or keep using the services that provide from the platform. Meanwhile, you may follow the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform that further announced services rules or related regulation according to certain serivces types, which the further announced services rules or related regulation are part of terms of services.4. If you are under the age of 20, you should register or continue to use after your legal representative has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of the terms of service and subsequent revisions. 5. Both of customer and the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform agree to use electronic documents as a method of expression.
6. The company reserves the right to terminate the customer account service for any customer who violates the law, fails to follow the agreement between the two parties, or maliciously abuses the service rights.
7. The company has the right to modify the content of this clause at any time in the future based on the need and can notify the customer of the modified content by email, telephone, catalog, communication network, online announcement, or other appropriate methods.
8. When the company needs to notify customers of relevant information to provide services, it can do so through any contact information retained by the customer. If there is any change in the customer's contact information should be updated at any time by logging in to the website, notifying by phone, and etc. Maintain the orrectness, timeliness, and completeness of the information. If the message delivered by the company cannot be accepted due to your information error, expiration, or other reasons not attributable to the company, it is still deemed that the company has completed the service of the notice.
2. Customers should save the password, which cannot breach, and provide it to others to use. All actions performed using this service with the same customer account number and password will be considered the customer's behavior, and the customer should be responsible according to the law.
3. If the customer finds or suspects that there may have a third person using its customer account or password, it should notify the company immediately, and the company will immediately suspend the processing and subsequent use of transactions generated by the account after learning about it. However, customer should assume the legal responsibility according to the law before the notification is not exempt from the notification.
4. For the employee who needs to access the user's data at work, the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform only provides limited access to each employee to ensure the maximum protection of the user's data.
5. The company strongly recommends that users do not breach their account details arbitrarily to a third person. The OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform will not contact you if the phone number or email that is not provided. However, you need to assume the full-responsbility of breach details if you decide to provide your account details to a third person. All of the relvent of privicy policy accroding to the third party privacy policy. If you breach the account by inadvertent, please contact the customer service team to leave a message or phone call to an assistanct of OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform immediately.
2. According to the company provided the plan content and price, which you agree that and process to place the order. The company can refuse the content of the order with a good cause within two working days of order has made. However, the customer who already made the payment will define as conclusion of contract.
3. According to the regulation of the Consumer Protection Act, the 1, 2, and 3 points of the 19th article: " I. Consumers of communication transactions or access transactions may terminate the contract by returning the products or writing a notice within seven days when you receiveing the product or accepting the service, which does not need to provide the reason and paying any fees or consideration. II. However, if there are reasonable exceptions for communication transactions, this restriction shall not apply. III. Reasonable exceptions to the previous point shall be determined by the Executive Yuan". You can enjoy the right to terminate the contract of the first point of 19th article of Consumer Protection Act in principle after the contract has been estabilsed and receiving the product, expect the grovenment has an announcement to the priority applies to other laws. 2. The OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform has full-time information security personnel responsible for supervising and ensuring that all the behaviors of the websites under its jurisdiction are legal and that all user information is under the strictest protection. Information transmission or shopping transactions can be 100% safe. Therefore, the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform cannot ensure the security of all users' information transmission or shopping transactions on the website. Therefore, all users must use their information when using online products or services, which assumes the risk of any network information transmission and shopping transactions.
2. Validity of data records: When customers use this service, all data records during their use shall be subject to the data recorded in this service database. If there is any dispute, the electronic data recorded in this service database shall prevail. This service is not the case if the customer can provide other information and prove it the truth.
2. The user has any violation of government laws or the terms of use.
3. Service suspension or interruption caused by natural disasters or other force majeure factors.
4. Service stop or interruption caused by other reasons that are not attributed to the company.
5. When the service information is incorrectly displayed, forged, tampered with, deleted, or retrieved, or the system is interrupted or cannot operate typically due to reasons beyond the control of the company.
6. When the OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform acquired by other third parties or acquires assets, which resulting in the conversion of management right. The OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform will announce the relevant details on the relevant website in advance. And all or part of users information that OKWASP Vulnerability Scanning Platform owns may also be transferred to a third party in the case of management rights is transfered.

The relationship of rights and obligations between the customer and the company shall be handled by the internet norms and the interpretation of laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), regulations, and practices. If any statements and terms of the company are not perfect, we will discuss the solution with the utmost sincerity and under the principles of good faith, equality, and mutual benefit.
